ADHD Brain Training (ALERT 60-Day System)

Five-Day ALERT Bubble Chart  to track your daily progress with the ALERT Brain Training Program for ADHD. The program is for 60 consecutive days. Do a session for five days, and then go on to the next session. For each session, fill in the circle. Also, record your "relaxation landmark" after the session (the numbers 0 to 6 after the circle). ADHD Brain Training may be covered by your insurance. The ALERT brain training program for ADHD is licensed by Health Canada as a Class I Medical Device for the treatment of ADHD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD,) depressed mood, insomnia, and anxiety.

If you live in Canada, you could get a doctor's prescription for the ALERT and it may be covered by your health insurance. Our manufacturer is the only company that manufactures audio-visual entrainment (AVE) devices that are licensed by Health Canada. (As of this writing, this arrangement is only available in Canada.
